Maintenance Tech

Richmark Property Management seeks a full-time Maintenance Tech to perform day-to-day maintenance duties, ensuring the property's systems are functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician, a high school diploma, and a post-secondary trade certification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent role
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
