Job Description
The Maintenance Tech role involves performing day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure the property is functioning properly. This hands-on position requires collaboration with the Community Manager and maintenance team to complete work orders and maintain common areas. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, trade certification, and 3+ years of maintenance experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent role
