We are looking for a People Advisor to join our team at Waythrough. As an HR Advisor, you will work across a broad spectrum of Employee Relations cases and play a key role in developing managers' confidence through HR-related training. You will bring a proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach, quickly building credibility and strong collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Requirements
- CIPD-qualified or have an equivalent HR degree or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent judgement
- Commitment to best practice in HR
