People Advisor

The People Advisor role at Waythrough is an opportunity for someone to grow their HR career in a forward-thinking organisation. The role involves providing HR advice, managing employee relations casework, and supporting the development and implementation of People policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent judgement, and a commitment to best practice in HR.

Requirements

• CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR degree or relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent judgement
• Commitment to best practice in HR
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
