We are seeking a People Advisor to join our team at Waythrough. As a People Advisor, you will provide HR advice, manage ER casework, and support policy implementation. You will work across various HR processes and develop strong relationships with colleagues. The role involves occasional travel and requires a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR degree
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
