We are seeking a proactive and confident People Advisor to join our People Team. This role is suited to an experienced People Advisor who is comfortable operating in an advisory capacity and supporting managers across the business to deliver pragmatic people solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Advisor (or equivalent) role within a UK-based organisation.
- Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing a range of cases independently.
- Experience supporting organisational change and managing sensitive people matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
