Distinguished Full Stack Engineer

As a Distinguished Full Stack Engineer, you'll build a high-performance, scalable product by rapidly shipping new features and optimizing performance across our entire technology stack. You'll play a critical role in building and optimizing applications that power customer support for thousands of brands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proven expertise with Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React.js) on the frontend, coupled with proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development
• Solve problems, not just write code – You analyze complex issues, break them down, and find the best solution.
• Own your work end-to-end – You take full responsibility, break tasks into actionable steps, and collaborate as needed to deliver results.
• Are a fast learner – You quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to deliver results efficiently.
• Thrive in ambiguity – You stay calm under pressure, apply critical thinking, and navigate complex challenges to find smart solutions.
• Move fast, but smartly – You ship features at top speed while keeping performance and quality intact. You understand when to cut scope, simplify designs, or focus on quick wins.
• Obsess over customers – You think beyond the code and care about the user experience. Your work makes the product better.
• Are always learning and adapting – You stay ahead by constantly improving, upskilling, and pushing boundaries.
• Have a strong CS foundation – You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science from a top-tier college (IITs, IIITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent) or equivalent hands-on experience building complex systems.
