Customer Support Specialist (Swedish speaking) opportunity to develop skills in the IT field, contributing to contactless, mobile, and environmentally friendly transport solutions, advising business customers on public transport ticketing and real-time solutions, and providing top-level user support to international partners.
Requirements
- Proficient in Estonian, Swedish, and English (B2)
- Ability to sift through application and device logs to identify and resolve problems
- Experience working with Jira and creating new documentation
- Understanding of REST API and SQL
