Job Description
RLB is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a client-focused team based in Weybridge, UK. This role involves supporting commercial and financial performance on projects from initial design to completion, with opportunities to contribute to major projects up to £20m. Responsibilities include cost planning, procurement, contract management, and post-contract services.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Desire to become MRICS
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Stakeholder management
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects
