Job Description
RLB is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a client-focused team within the Leeds/Sheffield office. The role involves providing all core Quantity Surveying services, managing costs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting commercial objectives. Responsibilities include cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of relevant professional body
- Successful management of complex projects
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience in Health or Retail sectors preferable
- Client facing skills
- Team player
- Stakeholder management skills
