Job Description
RLB is seeking a proactive Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Thames Valley office. The role involves providing core Quantity Surveying services across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, and Education, supporting a number of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Experience in Healthcare, Commercial, Residential or Education sector projects
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Strong feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice and post contract services
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Previous experience with a consultancy or end user client
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
