Job Description
RLB is seeking a proactive Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the Thames Valley office based in Winnersh Triangle. This role focuses on providing high-quality cost management services to clients across various sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Higher Education. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services, contributing to value engineering, and supporting commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Experience in either Healthcare, Commercial, Residential or Education sector projects
- Strong feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
