Job Description
RLB is recruiting a professional Associate Building Surveyor to join their London team. This role involves providing core surveying services on a range of properties, upholding quality and safety standards, and contributing to overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong technical and project management skills.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Experience in CDM
- Previous experience in Principal Designer role
- CMIOSH or equivalent
- Health & Safety experience or training
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Ability to successfully manage projects
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic
- Previous employment by a consultancy
