Job Description
RLB is a Sector focused business, actively investing in commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail projects. They recruit a Building Surveyor to join their dedicated team, providing core surveying services including Dilapidations, Lease Advice and Pre-acquisition surveys. The role offers an opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for surveying properties and delivering value for money.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Experience in CDM (Contractual, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards)
- NEBOSH health and safety experience or training
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Track record of working with disparate stakeholders
