Job Description
RLB is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering commercial and residential surveying services, including Dilapidation's, Lease Advice and Pre-acquisition surveys. The role requires a proactive individual to take responsibility for assessing property and ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery and client service.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Experience in CDM
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Client facing, ensuring high quality of technical delivery
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Track record of working with disparate stakeholders
