Job Description
RLB is a dedicated Building Surveying Team, committed to client service and the successful completion of projects and commercial services. They are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team, providing core surveying services and supporting business objectives. The role involves both technical delivery and project management, with a focus on legal and financial matters.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management of projects from inception to completion
- Stakeholder management
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
