Job Description
RLB is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds or Sheffield. The role involves providing core surveying services, managing projects, administering designs and specifications, and ensuring client estate value. This is an opportunity for a proactive individual to strengthen the team and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- CDM / Health & Safety experience or training is desirable
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Track record of project management
- Client facing and team player
