Job Description
RLB is seeking a proactive Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost of building projects from initial design through completion and potential operation. This role involves supporting project teams, providing cost planning services, managing contractors and delivering value for money. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and proactive partner in delivering projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Services Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or equivalent qualification in a surveying or engineering discipline
- Technical background in quantity surveying, engineering, or related field
- Pre and Post contract experience in large schemes
- Cost planning and managing a design to budget experience
- Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, post contract services
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering to deadlines
- Team player with client-focused approach
- Commercial acumen
