Job Description
RLB is seeking a proactive Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage a range of projects, from design through to completion. The role focuses on providing cost control support, contract management, and commercial strategy development. A team approach is required to deliver value for money and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- MRICS or professionally qualified in surveying or engineering
- Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Services Quantity Surveying
- Pre and post-contract experience in large complex schemes (5m-500m)
- Cost planning and managing a design to budget experience
- Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation
- Well organised, diligent and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Track record of effective working with teams
- Team player, outgoing, flexible and enthusiastic
