Job Description
RLB is seeking a dedicated Building Surveyor to undertake condition surveys and project management within Commercial, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Residential clients in the London and South East area. This role involves data capture using tablets, identifying defects, specifying remedial works, and ensuring high quality service with a commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- Experience with data capture software (Kykloud, Technology Forge, etc)
- Strong understanding of Condition survey and defect diagnosis
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Client facing
