Job Description
RLB is seeking a Building Surveyor with condition surveying expertise to lead and develop a team and further develop the business. This role focuses on client service, project management, and business development within a growing Commercial, Education, Healthcare, or Public Sector context. The candidate will be part of a close-knit team and work closely with clients, ensuring quality service and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- Experience of capturing data on a tablet
- Strong understanding of Condition survey and defect diagnosis.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft excel
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Able to build long-term relationships
- Previously employed by a consultancy
