Job Description
RLB is undertaking condition surveys for the Department for Education covering 7300 properties across England over 5 years (2021-2025). This Commission is a large scale undertaking, following the success of the previous Commission, and aims to provide a comprehensive view of school building condition data for better funding targeting.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Health & Safety experience or training
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Membership relevant to a professional body
- Client facing
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
