Job Description
RLB is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team for a 12-month contract within the South Central/South West region. The role involves assessing building fabric condition using a tablet application and delivering customer service. RLB is seeking a candidate with a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Health & Safety experience or training
- CDM experience
- NEBOSH qualifications
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership relevant to a professional body
- Strong track record in project management
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Client facing, ensuring high standards of technical delivery
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-starter, outgoing and adaptable
