Job Description
RLB is seeking a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor with surveying expertise and project management skills. The role involves providing comprehensive surveying services to clients, managing projects, and contributing to the development of the business. The team operates within a dedicated Building Surveying Department focusing on Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Government projects.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- Strong leadership skills and experience
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Detailed understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Strong client facing skills
- Team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
