Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dedicated Building Surveying Team. This role involves managing surveys, projects, and commercial services, providing comprehensive and bespoke services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value for money, ensuring compliance with standards, and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- A team player
