Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dedicated Building Surveying Team. The role involves managing surveys, projects, and bespoke services, ensuring client estates are maintained and potentially offering commercial services like Dilapidations and Lease Advice. This is an opportunity to work with clients and contribute to the team's long term relationship.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Client-facing approach
- Team player and flexible
- Ambitious and proactive
