Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dedicated Building Surveying Team. This role involves managing surveys, formulating designs, administering projects, and providing bespoke services to clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, committed to delivering value, and adept at collaborating with clients and project managers. This is an opportunity to grow within a sector focused on commercial and residential properties.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Ability to manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Strong track record in project management
- Client-facing attitude and team player
- Previous employment with a consultancy
