Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing team in Yorkshire, managing surveys, designs, and projects. This role offers responsibility for core surveying services, client relations, and compliance. Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good understanding of JCT Contracts
- Excellent track record in project management of projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
