Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their client-focused team in Manchester. This role involves providing all core Quantity Surveying services on various projects, ensuring commercial and contractual performance, and managing procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong technical and commercial skills.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- MRICS or membership of relevant professional body
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Client facing and able to build long-term relationships
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects
- Stakeholder management experience
- Flexible, outgoing and ambitious
