Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior M&E Cost Consultant to take responsibility for managing the cost of building projects, acting as the sole point of contact for clients, and supporting the existing team. This role involves a wide range of projects, from £5m to £500m, including commercial new builds and renovations, residential developments, and sports projects. The consultant will be involved in cost planning, procurement, quality control, and contract management.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Strong experience in Data Centres and/or Commercial
- MRICS or working towards Chartered status
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice and post contract services
- Stakeholder management
- Track record of working with teams and managing projects
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious
