Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM AS DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES! As Director of Outpatient Services, you will provide continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups from adolescents to geriatrics. You will contribute to creating a therapeutic environment that fosters patient support and well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice
- Appropriate Georgia state licensure in mental health
- A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities
