Chief Development Officer (CDO)

RIFT is redefining the future of energy with Iron Fuel Technology, and we're looking for a Chief Development Officer to lead the development of a €1 billion+ project portfolio. As a key member of the Management Team, you will set the strategic course for RIFT and turn bold, sustainable energy projects into reality.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in capital-intensive project development within energy or infrastructure.
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects up to FID.
• Financial and strategic insight to proactively identify and mitigate risks, with a clear view of long-term impact.
• Inspiring leadership and experience in building and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Persuasive vision and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders with an ambitious growth strategy.
