Job Description
A Chief of Staff is joining a portfolio company to support the Founders in scaling their business, focusing on operational success and driving growth. The role involves managing internal processes, projects, and stakeholders, acting as a key liaison between the Founders and their teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company. The company is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining the sourcing, distribution, and financing of materials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, scale-ups, VCs, or PE firms
- Excellent project management skills (Google Slides and spreadsheets)
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Business proficiency in German and English
- Resilient and proactive attitude
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
