Job Description
As QHSE Manager at RIFT, you will be responsible for creating structure, developing and maintaining the quality and safety management system, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will lead the HSE core team and manage incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Holding a degree in Higher Safety Engineering (HVK) or Integrated Safety Engineering (IVK)
- Experience with HQMS systems
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of QHSE
- Leading teams with conviction and serving as a role model for safe and quality-oriented behavior
- Willingness to work at RIFT's locations in Eindhoven, Arnhem, and Helmond
