Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience managing DTC eCommerce accounts
- Proven track record of driving measurable retention results for real brands
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to think in revenue and profit
- Client-facing experience and ability to own the relationship, present strategy, and navigate difficult conversations
- Experience managing or directing a small team or pod
- Strong project management skills and ability to stay ahead of deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SMS experience via Klaviyo or Postscript is a strong plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools beyond Klaviyo is a bonus
