Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating and concluding contracts. The role involves working closely with the Delivery Team to deliver tailored consultant solutions and help customers achieve their goals.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing
- Convincing presentation and active networking skills
- Communication strength
- In-depth knowledge of IT consultant placement
- Specialized knowledge of customer landscapes in the fields of Energy, Public or Military & Defence
- Ability to conduct professional business negotiations and build profitable partnerships on equal terms
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Analytical thinking
- Fluent German skills (C1) and English skills (B2)
