Client Success Manager

Rightway is looking for a Client Success Manager to join their Care Navigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and delivering value, impact, and satisfaction to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 3-5 years of direct client-facing experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or employer/health benefit industries
• Experience in relationship management, proactive client engagement, success metrics and reporting, upselling and renewals, cross-functional collaboration, and escalation management
