Rilla's seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of the paid media program, scale existing campaigns, and build a repeatable creative testing process. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience running paid media campaigns, scaling existing programs, and telling a story with data.
Requirements
- 2+ years running paid media campaigns in-platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- Experience taking an existing paid program and scaling it
- Comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models
- B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling to non-tech audiences
- Strong opinions on ad creative
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
