Rillet is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform to shape the infrastructure foundation for their AI-native ERP platform. The ideal candidate is a technical leader and people builder who can drive impact, grow the team, and build scalable systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing platform or infrastructure engineering teams at product-driven tech companies (5+ years in engineering)
- Deep expertise in building and scaling software platforms, internal tooling, and core infrastructure that multiplies the velocity of the teams you serve
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who translates seamlessly between technical and non-technical stakeholders and drives alignment across engineering, product, and operations
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern platform tooling
