Rillet is an AI-native ERP that serves accounting and finance teams. We're looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering to own the architecture, infrastructure, and developer tooling that every engineer at Rillet depends on. The role requires 3+ years of managing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling teams at high-growth tech companies, with 5+ years in engineering overall.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling teams at high-growth tech companies, with 5+ years in engineering overall
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer productivity
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable driving technical direction across teams without relying on direct authority
• Actively incorporates AI tools into your day-to-day workflow and is always looking for new ways to apply them
• Drawn to hard, ambiguous problems and energized by building in an environment where the playbook is still being written
