Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems at scale
• A track record of org-wide technical impact
• Comfortable operating without a fixed scope
• Strong collaborator who can work fluidly across teams, functions, and levels of seniority
• Actively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day workflow
• Drawn to hard, ambiguous problems
