Rimes is seeking a Global Head of Sales Engineering to lead the pre-sales technical function across Rimes' global sales organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise software or financial data solutions, strong leadership acumen, and a passion for helping clients solve real business challenges. This leader will be instrumental in accelerating Rimes' revenue growth by elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of technical selling across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting, with at least 7 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise B2B software or data services, ideally within financial services, fintech, or data infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing technical sales talent.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 12+ month timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage credibly with both technical audiences and senior business executives.
