
Job description
The Team Lead, Command Center will provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical applications as part of our global Application Managed Services support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple application modules for our global clients.
Evaluate complex customer issues, develop an action plan to resolve issues, replicate reported issues, provide new or modified application configuration, advise junior coworkers, recommend changes to training, identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and thoroughly document change requests.
This role requires a strong ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work in a 24x7 environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical development skills, with deep understanding of business processes supported by the PeopleSoft application, and experience developing custom solutions.
