We are looking for a Team Leader to manage Remote Assistance Specialists and ensure they deliver on Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant experience, manages at least 10+ teammates, and has experience in customer support roles.
