Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in legal, professional services, or B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leadership, attorneys, and firm-wide stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and event channels
- Skilled in analyzing performance data, building dashboards, and optimizing campaigns for measurable outcomes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker with a bias toward execution and problem-solving
