Rimrock Trails Treatment Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to lead their new Assessment and Resource Center (ARC) serving youth and families in Crook County.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (minimum CADC I)
- Certification or licensure allowing the provision of addiction treatment services
- Experience supervising or leading staff in a behavioral health or human services setting
- Knowledge of substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
