Job Description
We're Acquire BPO, and we're happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. As a Billing Analyst, Customer Care, you will provide customer service and help regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service oriented positions
- Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focus
- Willing to work the night shift
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas)
