Job Description
Revenue Operations Billing Analysts to provide customer service regarding billing issues and establish relationships with internal and external customers for RingCentral. The role involves assisting high volume phone calls and chats, calculating price variance, and analyzing daily billing cases.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail goal-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to reconcile and review invoices being disputed
- Ability to calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer
