Billing Analyst with Italian and English

RingCentral is seeking a Billing Analyst with Italian and English fluency to join its revenue operations team. The role requires on-site presence at the office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and resolving post-sales customer disputes, participating in customer account reconciliation projects, and ensuring all cases are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Fluent in both languages - English and Italian
• Billing and AR Operations experience
• 1-2 years of customer-facing dispute resolution
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of revenue accounting
