Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for RingCentral's most valued customers. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience, and a proven track record of success in exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- 1+ yrs. direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience
- At least 2 years related experience in a Customer Service, Technical Support position and at least 1 year experience in Sales catering to B2B accounts
- Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
