Customer Success Team Manager position at RingCentral, leading and coaching a team of Customer Success Specialists to exceed goals and expectations, overseeing account management and retention activities, and improving processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience directly managing a hybrid team, customer service team, or retention team in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment
- 3+ years in sales, account management, customer retention, or customer service
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding set KPIs and targets
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
